Production Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei City, Taiwan. This individual will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring seamless management of resources, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include planning and executing production schedules, managing supplier and vendor relationships, overseeing quality control processes, and resolving any production-related issues. The Production Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and meet company objectives.

• Experience in production planning, resource management, and workflow optimization
• Strong leadership, decision-making abilities, and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of quality control standards and production best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Familiarity with the cycling or footwear industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in production management, supply chain, or a related field
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is preferred
