Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

Lead process Optimization with data analysis and identify areas for process and equipment improvement in efficiency, yield and quality.
Drive and facilitate CAPEX projects, including equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility modifications to enhance manufacturing performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, quality, and safety-related issues by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and production systems to improve operational efficiency and capacity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, warehouse and EHS to ensure Capex and production capacity expansion project success.
Manage plant facilities and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with operational requirements, audit standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement objectives.
Ensure that chemical processes adhere to EHS regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineer
At least 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, shopfloor engagement/ hand-on and process improvement with Electrical and mechanical systems experience, with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and improve manufacturing equipment and processes.
Good English communication capability to effectively present and join global meetings.
Any Lean and Six Sigma equivalent certification is a plus.
