Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead process Optimization with data analysis and identify areas for process and equipment improvement in efficiency, yield and quality.

2. Drive and facilitate CAPEX projects, including equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility modifications to enhance manufacturing performance and reliability.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, quality, and safety-related issues by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

4. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and production systems to improve operational efficiency and capacity.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, warehouse and EHS to ensure Capex and production capacity expansion project success.

6. Manage plant facilities and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with operational requirements, audit standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement objectives.

7. Ensure that chemical processes adhere to EHS regulations.

8. Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.

4. 管理工廠設施及維護工作,確保符合營運要求、稽核標準、法規規定及持續改善目標。

5. 透過實施有效的矯正與預防措施,檢視並解決涉及製程、設備、品質及安全的問題。

6. 利用數據分析主導製程優化, 提昇在效率、良率及品質方面有待改進的製程與設備環節。

7. 確保製程及設備符合EHS法規要求。

8. 完成主管指派的其他任務。

Required Skills:

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Minimum 35 years of experience in chemical/ manufacturing plant.

Experience in Capex Management.

Candidate with Electrical and mechanical systems experience, with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and improve manufacturing equipment and processes.
