Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Coordinator in Taiwan to support our Asia based supplier network and internal teams. This role sits at the center of production schedules, product quality and information flow between factories, operations and customer facing teams.

You will help keep orders on track, protect quality standards and support our claims work by making sure we understand what is happening at the factory level. The ideal candidate understands production planning in an ecommerce or retail environment and cares about both speed and quality.

What You Will Do

Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and resolve delays with manufacturers and internal teams

Track production status across multiple suppliers and keep clear, updated reports for Vancouver based teams

Monitor quality standards and support investigation on product or claims issues so we can prevent repeat problems

Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm timelines, capacity and any risks and follow up until issues are closed

Maintain detailed records of production schedules, supplier communication and quality checks

Identify bottlenecks in the production process and recommend practical solutions

Assist with forecasting and planning using sales trends and inventory data

Support new product launches by confirming pre production samples, timelines and first order readiness

Partner with concierge and logistics when needed so production decisions reflect both customer experience and operational reality

What You Will Need

Three or more years in a similar role in furniture, home goods, manufacturing, retail or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills and comfort handling many moving pieces at once

Clear written and spoken communication in English and Mandarin to work with both local suppliers and Vancouver teams

Confidence with spreadsheets, project tracking tools and shared document platforms

Solid understanding of production workflows and basic supply chain concepts with strong attention to detail

Problem solving mindset and ability to stay calm and structured when priorities shift

Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an asset

Familiarity with North American brands or customers is a plus
