- Scout and evaluate potential suppliers, designers, or brands to develop feasible curated product ideas
- Integrate design sense and market trends to propose curation strategies and localized packaging solutions
- Coordinate designers, R&D, supply chain, marketing, sales, operation teams to ensure smooth realization from concept to launch
- Keep up with material, craft, and consumer trends; leverage small-batch, diverse production to create buzz-worthy product lines

Requirements
Required:
- Strong sense for curation, design, and aesthetics; able to transform ideas into market-ready products.
- Experience in curation, sourcing, product management, or merchandising is preferred.
- Skilled in working with suppliers, designers, manufacturers, marketing, sales, service teams.
- Eager to explore new areas with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Background in design or business is a plus; experience in smart wearables, travel accessories, lifestyle, or female-focused brands is highly valued.
- Good English communication skills to coordinate with global suppliers and partners.
