About The Role
Binance is hiring a Product Operations Manager to lead operations and growth initiatives for the
Chat feature on Binance Square, a platform bridging Web3 content creators and users. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experience, execute go-to-market strategies, and optimize chat product performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and design teams to implement chat feature updates
- Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new chat features
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive feature adoption
- Analyze user data and feedback to optimize product functionality and experience
- Conduct A/B tests to improve performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and address operational issues proactively
- Create educational content such as FAQs and tutorials
Requirements
- 5+ years in product operations, product management, or related roles (preferably in tech, fintech, or crypto)
- Experience with GTM strategy and feature optimization
- Familiarity with chat or messaging platforms, especially in community contexts
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and operational workflows
- Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and analysis
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of crypto or fintech platforms and user behavior
