Job Description
- Develop and execute the local gotomarket strategy for lowvoltage products in alignment with global product direction.
- Define product value propositions, positioning, and competitive differentiation for target customer segments.
- Monitor business performance metrics including demand orders, margin, pricing, NPS, inventory, and ontime delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, application engineers, supply chain, and global teams to support launches and market growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive continuous product and process improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to lead product strategy and GTM execution.
- Experience in electrification, lowvoltage components, or industrial products is a strong advantage.
- Innovative, selfdriven, and capable of working with crossfunctional and international teams.
