Job Summary

More about the role

Responsible for supporting profitable growth through local activities that allow the portfolio to be sold in line with the strategy defined by Channel and End-User Marketeers. Collaborates with other enabling functions to define and deploy the 4Ps (Product, Pricing, Place, Promotion)

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Leads product marketing strategy and manages offering portfolio through the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
  • Manages the value ladder per product category and highlights portfolio benefits and messaging.
  • Leads product launch activities and Go-to-Market with support from End-User Marketer, Channel Marketer, and MarCom.
  • Defines positioning and adjusts price in relation to the competitive landscape while mapping portfolio gaps.
  • Manages inventory to avoid overstock and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Manages sales and margin while analyzing price erosion and price-volume-mix-currency effects.
  • Collects market and customer insights and maps and updates the customer/persona journey.
  • Supports customer NPS analysis and action plans as well as product-related training.
  • Sets up regular alignment meetings with MarCom, Channel Marketer, End-User Marketer, Sales, and BU to influence portfolio strategy and pricing.

Critical Experiences

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or commercial marketing roles, including hands-on experience with customer insights, new product introduction, product portfolio management, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with strong emphasis on digital marketing and market research.
