Responsibilities
Strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategyInitiate, specify, and manage functional requirements for wallet features, enhancements and bug fixesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, customer support, and operations to achieve product objectivesMonitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback and data utilize this information to drive decisions about future product directionStay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 Wallet applicationsEnsure compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations that pertain to our operating industriesDefine, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experienceLead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new features
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldProven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industryExtensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trendsFamiliarity with UX/UI principles for providing an exceptional user experienceStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environmentFluent in English multiple language skills would be a bonusWhy Binance
