Responsibilities
Strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategyBuild and manage full-funnel campaigns focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention.Familiar with growth facing featurs (TGE, airdrops and campaign tools...ec)Monitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback and data utilize this information to drive decisions about future product directionStay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 Wallet applicationsDefine, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experienceLead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new featuresRequirements
Require candidate to have experience for growth product or deep understanding of web3 airdrop ecosystem , know majority of users needBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldProven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industryExtensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trendsStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment
