Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up all the project/product problems and toward to project success.
- Help customers to solve any product problems and meet customers function requests.
- Provide strong and timely support for urgent matters like bidding projects or critical issues.
- Coordinate and work with different function teams (BMC/BIOS RD, HW, sales, system PM,
SW PM, FAE/TS, etc.) and make sure project is on track and going smoothly.
- Able to work overtime and accept business trips when needed.
Qualifications
- At least bachelor's degree, and major in computer science or engineering.
Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of working experience in motherboard, server, storage, or data center industry.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Open-minded, having a good attitude and can-do spirit.
