Purpose of the Role:

The Product Manager is responsible for driving product development by identifying potential opportunities, conducting market research, defining product requirements, determining specifications, production timelines, and pricing, and developing integrated plans for product launch. The role also includes formulating and executing marketing strategies to support successful product introduction and growth.

This position is part of our Talent Pipeline, designed to identify and engage highpotential individuals for future opportunities within the organisation. As a member of this pipeline, you will be considered for meaningful and impactful roles as they arise, providing a pathway for professional growth, expanded responsibilities, and longterm career development within Zuellig Pharma.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and independently execute the marketing strategy and brand plan.
  • Implement cycle plans in alignment with Sales, ComEx, and Medical teams.
  • Independently manage financial targets, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and A&P allocation and tracking.
  • Engage independently with external customers and key stakeholders.
  • Guide marketers in planning and executing brand strategies and initiatives for assigned brands.
  • Serve as the liaison between ZP Commercialization, clients, regional brand leads, and country teams to support strategic project planning and execution.
  • Understand business needs and translate market insights into actionable strategies while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of direct marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to independently manage branding, pricing, and market research strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to drive effective crossfunctional communication.

Advantage to Have:

  • Experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Specialist, or in Commercial Excellence is highly preferred.
  • Recognition from regional marketingrelated awards is an added advantage.
