Product Manager

Your role:

• Synthesize business strategy, user needs, and technical constraints to define a clear and flexible product vision for your product stream, from initial ideation and requirements definition to technical alignment, legal/compliance approval, UAT, and operational rollout.

• Design and define clear product requirements and user stories and conceptualize loyalty + cross-border B2B & B2C payments & settlement + merchant management payment solutions to meet business needs.

• Ensure alignment of functional requirements from IT stakeholders and vendors to ensure business needs are catered.

• Be a collaborative team player within matrix teams on projects to support business objectives are met during implementation of your product pillar. Support product enhancements and/or pre-sales support in partnership meetings if needed.

• Be a collaborative team player within matrix teams on projects, supporting digital product and project management across various business lines.

Requirements:

• University graduate in digital, telecommunication, business or related disciplines.

• At least 5-8 years related working experience, preferably in cross border payments (B2C, B2B), with demonstrable experience in launching new products or features and managing the entire product lifecycle.

• Familiar with FX products, loyalty currencies, payments, e-commerce and understand the respective ecosystem and global licensing requirements.

• Sound understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and relevant tools, with experience in writing product requirements, managing backlogs, and preparing UAT.

• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product deliverables.

• Excellent teamwork skills and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.

• Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner Certification will be a strength for applicants.

• Interest in Digital Currency (Deposit Tokens, Stablecoin, CBDC)
