Product Manager

We're looking for a passionate Product Managerto lead the development of home Wi-Fi and smart home solutions. You'll manage the full product lifecycle-from sourcing and testing to rollout and after-sales support-while working with top-tier technology partners and cross-functional teams.

Your Role

• Lead product lifecycle: Manage sourcing, testing, rollout, and stock for routers and smart home products.
• Vendor & partner collaboration: Build strong relationships with suppliers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Product launch & training: Deliver training to field teams and collaborate with sales/marketing on product features.
• Smart home expansion: Support pricing, quotations, and logistics for leading smart home brands.
• Operational excellence: Oversee business cases, capex, stock control, and warranty support

To succeed in this role

• Education: Degree in Engineering/IT/Technology or related fields
• Experience: 5+ years in product development, ideally in consumer technology
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of WiFi standard and smart home technologies (IoT, Smarthone, Security)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
