As we scale, building a robust, auditable, and scalable monetization and payment infrastructure has become one of the most critical challenges for the company. This role exists to own and solve that problem.
Position Summary
We are seeking a commercially-minded and technically savvy Product Manager to lead the design and optimization of our monetization strategies and advertising systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user value and business revenue, ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Pricing & Monetization Strategy: Design and implement pricing models with the business team. Execute pricing experiments (A/B testing) to optimize the payment conversion funnel.
- Payment Infrastructure: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate third-party payment gateways. Own the end-to-end transaction logic, including renewals, dunning management, and refunds.
- Ads Product Development: Build our advertising roadmap from 0 to 1. Define ad inventory, placement logic, and develop the advertiser dashboardincluding creative management, precision targeting, and performance reporting.
- Data-Driven Insights: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure pricing compliance and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in Internet Product Management, with at least 1 year specifically focused on Payment Conversion, Subscription Services, or AdTech.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in SQL or product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to identify drop-off points and drive optimization.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of market pricing strategies and the ability to balance user retention with aggressive revenue goals.
- Technical Fluency: Familiarity with API integrations, database schemas, and the logic of complex billing state machines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional logical thinking, negotiation skills, and the proactive drive to lead projects in a fast-paced, high-uncertainty environment. Ability to translate complex financial, regulatory, and technical constraints into clear product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ad Platforms or integrating third-party Ad Networks.
- Experience with payment solutions integration.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a product's transition from Free to Paid.
- AI Product Expertise: Familiarity with the commercialization of AI products, proficiency in leveraging AI tools and how AI transforms adtech.
