About the Role
We're hiring for a Product Manager to drive card campaigns, customer engagement, and portfolio growth for a leading global payments organization. You'll work closely with issuing bank clients to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Campaigns & Growth (Primary Focus)
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, spend, and retention
- Develop targeted offers (e.g. cashback, rewards, partnerships)
- Define segmentation and optimize performance using data and testing (A/B, ROI)
- Continuously refine campaigns to improve engagement and conversion
🈠Portfolio Management
- Manage lifecycle strategies across onboarding, usage, and retention
- Track KPIs (activation, spend, attrition) and drive improvements
🡠Product & Launch Support
- Support card value proposition development
- Lead campaign strategy for new card launches
- Align product positioning with marketing execution
ðŸ- Stakeholder Management
- Work with banks and internal teams (marketing, analytics, tech)
- Present campaign insights and recommendations
Requirements
- 7+ years in credit cards, banking, or payments
- Strong experience in campaigns, CRM, or portfolio growth
- Good understanding of customer segmentation & card lifecycle
- Data-driven, stakeholder-oriented, strong execution skills
- Fluent in English & Cantonese
