Job Summary
BARD PACIFIC HEALTH CARE CO.,LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our innovative healthcare products. This role will be instrumental in defining market needs, translating them into product requirements, and ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle management to achieve business goals and enhance patient care.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and validate new product concepts.
- Translate market requirements and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic value, market impact, and resource availability.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring proper grooming and readiness for development sprints.
- Oversee product launch activities, including GTM strategy development, sales enablement, and marketing collateral creation.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to continuously improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product value and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the medical device, healthcare technology, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare products from concept to end-of-life.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret market intelligence and customer insights.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., TFDA, Reimbursement policy) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
