Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related technical field.
- 10+ years in Product Management, Technical Sourcing, or Storage-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of AI infrastructure and storage architectures (NVMe/RAID controllers).
- Experience in vendor management, commercial negotiation, and supply chain risk management.
- Hands-on with production management, NPI, and mass production readiness.
- Familiarity with AI ecosystem technologies (GPU acceleration, CUDA, containerized workloads).
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive AI storage solution strategy and portfolio.
- Lead supplier selection, technical validation, cost benchmarking, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with R&D/Engineering to align solutions with AI workload requirements.
Own BOM, pricing, and margin optimization.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with key ecosystem partners (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD).
Support NPI and mass production readiness.
Provide technical solution positioning, sales kits, and customer-facing materials.
