Job Description
- Oversee BU P&L for the consumer & enterprise product lines
- Manage account relationships with major global customers across Europe and the US
- Supervise R&D and PM teams under the BU Head, with responsibility for over hundred staffs
- Drive strategic initiatives for business and ensure operational excellence
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Line Leader should have:
- Proven leadership experience as BU Lead or equivalent level
- Strong background in system manufacturers (desktop, server, or consumer electronics)
- Ability to manage large teams and complex organisational structures
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with global clients
- Power/adaptor experience is a plus but not mandatory
