As our new Product Engineer, Customer Service Industry Division, you will be delivering technical product support and drawing solutions for industrial pump customers across the APAC region, with a key focus on Japan, ensuring timely and accurate engineering responses that keep critical operations running. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Service Industry Division team, you'll create impact by Providing expert technical engineering support that strengthens customer relationships and ensures Grundfos industrial pump solutions perform at their best across the APAC region..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide timely technical drawing support and product engineering assistance for customers in Japan and the broader APAC territory
• Review and create product configurations, technical drawings, and specifications for industrial pump applications
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to resolve complex technical inquiries and ensure correct product selection
• Support cross-functional teams by translating customer requirements into actionable engineering documentation
• Maintain and update technical product data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional standards
• Identify opportunities to improve response times and streamline technical support processes
  
  

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented product engineer with strong knowledge of industrial pumps, excellent technical drawing skills, and the ability to deliver responsive support across diverse APAC markets. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in product engineering, technical support, or applications engineering for rotating equipment or industrial pumps
• Proficiency in CAD tools and technical drawing creation for engineered-to-order or configured products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures in the APAC region
• Fluent English
  
  

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience with pump selection software or product configuration tools
• Familiarity with Grundfos products or similar centrifugal/positive displacement pump technologies
