Product Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Create or revise engineering documents such as Routers (job task lists), Methods, and Work Instructions (e.g., WPS / SOP)
2. Assist in defining engineering-related requirements, including materials (including locally manufactured SPAD parts), fixtures, tools and consumables, working environment, related training, and new equipment
3. Clarify, analyze, and provide technical support for on-site maintenance issues.
4. Create DR / Inquiry records and prepare related EI documentation
5. Execute repair trial runs, repair capability applications, and periodic self-assessments of repair capability
6. Conduct evaluation, analysis, and improvement of part rework
7. Support the EHS and Quality departments in defining, driving, and implementing corrective actions
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve products in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Science or Engineering
• More than one year of experience in engine maintenance
• Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; TOEIC score above 500
• Careful and responsible, proactive, with strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
