Key responsibilities

Lead the product development process for hardgoods, including ideation, design, prototyping, testing, and launch.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop product specifications and requirements.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Oversee supplier relationships and coordinate manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Analyze product performance and gather customer feedback to inform future development.
Develop and present product strategies to stakeholders, including senior management.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Engineering, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in product development, specifically with hardgoods.
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in product management tools and software.
