Product Development Management, Monitor BU

About the Role

PDM(Product Development Management) is responsible for guiding the implementation of the strategic plan for the touch display products. Maintain close relationships with internal marketing, services, and region sales teams. A key focus of this position is gathering and synthesis of touch display application and market insights. Assists in the management of multiple projects while providing coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress of projects and report their results.

What You'll Do

1.Oversees product development amongst factories.

2.Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product.

3.Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled.

4.Manage projects for product life cycle development.

5.Maintain up-to-date competitor capabilities summaries.

6.Analyze business requirements and prepare documents for process flows.

7.Collaborate with the marketing team to identify marketing plans.

8.Identify all issues and resolve it effectively to achieve all objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in touch module industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: PM, Engineering, Manufacturing, Design or Product Development.

Preferred Qualification:

• Engineering degree

Professional Skills Requirements:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to know code programmer.
• Strong MS office toolset skills.
