Product Application Engineer

Job Description

Support pre-sales, design customized solutions, and ensure technical excellence for SOCOMEC Power Switching and Monitoring products in Taiwan. Collaborate across teams to deliver compliant systems, grow business in target segments, and expand product applications.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support during pre-sales and solution design

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Promote product applications in existing markets

- Prepare wiring diagrams and system layouts

- Travel up to 50% for client and site engagements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and circuit design

- Proficient in electrical/mechanical drafting

- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

- Experience with SCADA, BMS, Modbus, BACnet, or KNX is a plus

- Ability to design and troubleshoot control systems during commissioning
