Procurement: Support and improve procurement activities & processes across various affiliates and interact with colleagues in EMEA, USA and APAC.
Supplier Relations & Negotiation: Lead supplier sourcing and development, contract negotiation, price discussions, and purchasing execution. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and solve supplier related issues
Audit & Cost Analysis: Oversee the inquiry, comparison, and negotiation process; perform detailed cost analysis, estimations, and supplier evaluations.
Budget Management: Monitor the annual procurement budget to ensure effective cost control.
Market Intelligence: Maintain high market sensitivity by regularly analyzing industry trends and supply data to optimize cost management for all procurement categories.
General Support: Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
