Procurement Manager

Description

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of developing effective procurement strategies and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective purchases.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contract agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and procurement needs.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the SEA region.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of market trends and supplier dynamics in the SEA region.
