Molex is seeking an experienced Sr. Process Engineer who will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes, operational procedures, and workflows. This role involves collecting and analyzing data to reduce costs, enhance yield rates, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within the production environment.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with global team members at Molex, design engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Lead NPI transfer processes and follow up on the development and progress of new projects.
- Strong observational and analytical skills for process issues.
- Create, maintain, and manage process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Execute evaluations of outsourced components, including acceptance and qualification testing.
Who You Are
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree or above in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
What Will Put You Ahead
- Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering, including verification tasks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in process control for fiber optic products is preferred.
- Candidates with flexibility for overseas business trips (up to 2 months) are preferred.
