Our Functional PRC Trainee Development Programme provides first-hand exposure to our culture, people, and society. You will acquire functional competence and professional expertise not only through the diversified learning & development opportunities but also through participation of various hospital projects and job attachment in front and back office of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (GHK).

Throughout the program, the trainees will:

• Engage in various hospital projects, research and strategic planning
• Familiarise with operation practices of the business and gain understanding of the departments
• Analyse business needs and market comparable
• Prepare and compile analytic and revenue reports
• Conduct presentations and work closely with customers, internal and external parties.

We are now looking for PRC graduates who meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder or above in any disciplines
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Experience in relevant field is preferred but not a must
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Effective communication skills

The work location will be in Hong Kong.

GHK will be providing assistance for working visa application.
