Job Overview
The PR & CSR summer trainee (public relations and corporate social responsibility) will support the PR & CSR Manager in executing regional employer branding and communications initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in content development, project execution, and PR operations.
To be successful in this role, experience in intercultural communication and a motivated attitude are required. The role is expected to ensure the employer branding initiatives run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Executing PR & CSR projects, including campaign and event coordination
- Assist with content preparation and drafting of news content, and internal communications
- Contribute ideas and feedback to support employer branding initiatives and the development of engaging content
- Support Ad Hoc projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master program or in between degrees
- Major in media, communications, business studies, foreign languages, social sciences disciplines or related fields
- Fluency in verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, responsible mindset with a demonstrated interest and genuine passion for social responsibility and sustainability initiatives
