Job Description

As a POS/CB Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Lead TW distributor POS data submission to meet Solventum requirements, continuously drive POS data timeliness, completeness accuracy improvement.
  • Align with business POS strategy, onboard new distributor, launch distributor training, and provide daily Q&A to distributors.
  • Manage POS data auditing, verification and claim management for POS data accuracy.
  • Closely work with local business, CIP, pricing and SIP team for any POS program data report support.
  • Drive TW POS process continuous improvement
  • System trouble shooting with IT team support
  • Prepare regular POS reports and ad-hoc task support
  • Support TW channel partners annual agreement signoff. And any other TW local related support needed.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Have patient and interest in data management
  • Strong communication motivation and skills
  • Fluent in English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Have experience on distributor data management
  • Having experiences in healthcare business is prefer

Work location: Taipei

  • Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)

Travel: May include up to 10%
