About The Job
- Policy Review & Client Servicing: Conduct annual policy reviews and in-force policy analysis with clients and private bankers, preparing structured review packages for servicing consultants.
- Portfolio & Relationship Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while managing day-to-day policy servicing requests from private banking partners, policy owners, and insurers.
- Multi-Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central liaison between trustees, private banks, and insurers on complex offshore structures holding HNW policies.
- Compliance & Due Diligence: Manage client due diligence (CDD) for in-force policies, analyze client holding structures for AML/KYC reporting, and coordinate FATCA, UK CDOT, and OECD CRS regulatory requirements across insurers.
- Operational Excellence: Build, update, and maintain detailed Excel databases tracking client portfolios for seamless post-sales follow-ups and ongoing administration.

Skills And Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of professional experience, preferably in insurance, private banking operations, or wealth management servicing.
- Technical & Structure Knowledge: Solid understanding of trust and corporate structures, alongside familiarity with CDD/KYC, FATCA, and CRS compliance frameworks.
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Greater China clients, private banking partners, and regional institutions.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Excel).
