Responsibilities
1. Based on strategic goals, in-depth team business, plan project management direction, formulate project management strategies and process systems assist the product development team in full-process demand management 2. Responsible for the full life cycle management of key projects within the team and across teams, coordinate resource allocation, ensure that the project group advances as planned, and achieve the overall project goals 3. Maintain close communication with relevant departments, promote project demand docking and information sharing, resolve conflicts and problems in cross-department collaboration, and promote the smooth operation of the overall business process 4. Establish a project risk early warning mechanism, identify potential risks, formulate response plans, and quickly take effective measures when a major crisis occurs in the project to protect the interests of the project and the company 5. Responsible for the development of the project management team, encourage the growth of team members, and enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the team 6. Accumulate and accumulate project management experience, methodology, and team knowledge base, and empower and train the team to optimize the overall team collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 or more years of project management experience, and have led the successful delivery of product development projects 2. Have more than 2 years of team management experience, have excellent leadership and team management skills, and be able to effectively motivate and guide the team 3. Strong communication skills, able to communicate and cooperate effectively with different departments 4. Have keen risk insight and strong problem-solving skills, and be able to make effective decisions in complex and changeable environments 5. English is preferred as a working language.
