Job Summary:-We are looking for a PMO Analyst with 35 years of experience to support project governance, demand and resource management, delivery tracking, and risk management for technology and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong reporting, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:-- Manage demand, capacity planning, and delivery pipeline tracking.
- Maintain resource plans, utilization, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery status.
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and escalate critical issues.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, action logs, and governance meeting materials.
- Coordinate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Support departmental administration, including meeting coordination, training arrangements, and project documentation.
Required Skills:-- 35 years of PMO, project coordination, or delivery governance experience.
- Experience supporting technology, data, digital transformation, or banking projects.
- Strong understanding of demand, capacity, resource, delivery, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Technical Skills:-- Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Macros)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- SharePoint
- JIRA
- SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
- Data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:-- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
