Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Power IC (BCD) technology roadmap definition and business development.
2. Market and technology landscape analysis, strategy formation, and product positioning for TSMC Power IC technology and business.
3. Strategic customer engagement and business planning.
4. Advise top management team on market potential, strategies, and positioning.
5. Working base at HsinChu, HQ.
Job Qualifications:
1. Familiar with BCD technology devices/processes and/or application in smartphone, HPC and automotive applications.
2. Familiar with the BCD market evolution and key players landscapes, understand AI server and EV power IC application trend.
3. Fluency in English in speaking, listening, writing and reading.
4. Capable of getting job down among multiple organizations.
5. Working experience > 15 years in below areas:
(1) Process integration engineering or Product engineering in HV, BCD or Power IC related technology.
(2) Both consumer and automotive grade BCD Technology or Product development.
6. MBA a plus.
