Client Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, procurement processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in JDE or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of environmental and financial regulatory processes is a plus.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Update JDE inventory volume and value (COGS) for in/out bond transactions.
  • Perform JDE updates for inventory adjustments related to repackaging.
  • Review and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Reworking and Scheduling:
  • Assess reworking requirements and arrange schedules based on demand and material supply.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient reworking processes.
  • Procurement and Payment Processes:
  • Issue monthly Purchase Orders (PO) and manage the payment process.
  • Oversee procurement supplier payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • POSM Management:
  • Handle inbound POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and manage JDE master data.
  • Upload Salesforce pictures and maintain accurate records.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Execute processes related to the Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan system.
  • Manage Ministry of Finance inspection processes in coordination with the National Property Administration.
  • Local Label Supply:
  • Verify label content with stakeholders and place orders with vendors.
  • Follow up on delivery and review inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage port service payments and other related transactions.
  • Oversee GB/NFC management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
