Job Description

[Job Summary]

Manage the implementation of People's strategic/tactical initiatives, aligning Global People and Regional People strategies with business unit and country-level operations to achieve business results.

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

Execute recruitment and forecasting strategies to align with business demands and cost controls.

Monitor placement quality and optimize recruitment procedures for continuous improvement.

Analyze capacity requirements and labor turnover (LTO) to provide actionable insights.

2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Budgeting

Manage HR operating budgets and costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Maintain market competitiveness by monitoring industry trends and competitor landscapes.

3. Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management

Implement talent frameworks and succession plans to retain top talent and accelerate career growth.

Support talent-readiness strategies for critical leadership and transition roles.

Drive continuous learning through Development Plans and functional self-improvement.

4. Business Partnering & Strategy

Align global/regional HR strategies with local operations to achieve tangible business results.

Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for the management team.

Support business development by leading the People segment in client pitches and RFPs.

5. Employee Relations (ER) & Culture

Lead a diverse, inclusive, and safe culture to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Manage conflict resolution and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Drive Impact & Inclusion initiatives to strengthen the Employer of Choice brand.

[Requirement]

1. Strategic Execution: Proven track record in developing HR strategies that achieve business goals using tangible metrics.

2. Operational Agility: Experienced in HR management within fast-paced sectors (FMCG or Retail preferred).

3. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business growth levers, change dynamics, and critical success factors.

4. Data Analytics: Ability to translate complex data and quantitative analysis into strategic recommendations for management.

5. Functional Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of both strategic and tactical HR core functions.

6. Soft Skills: Strong influencer and communicator with the diplomacy to manage diverse cultures and sensitive situations securely.

7. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, PPT, Google Workspace).

8. Language: Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
