Job Description:

Experience of CM management (NPI/MP)

Experience of PCBA production process

Customer SC score card performance

Global Demand and Supply plan and rebalance

MRP demand load to provide clear to build quantity for production

Ensure to have clear visibility on materials over 16 weeks horizon by working with suppliers

Identify all material issues, work with internal/external until issues get closed/resolved

Supply allocation for maximize revenue

PR Release and risk assessment

Weekly Material Readiness report

PR/PO Push/Pull review and action

LT reduction

Aged/Excess inventory reduction

E & O management

Logistics assignment

Supply continuality second source management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 years related CM management/supply chain experience.

-Great business communication skills (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills.

-Proven negotiation skills and solid knowledge of production and scheduling processes.

-Proficient with the procurement principles, practices and procedures and previous vendor management experience.

-Solid background with EMS within supply chain management and MRP know how.

-Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.

-Ability to work in dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced, challenging environment. (Start-up company)

-Manage a team of 3-5 people
