PCBA Product Sourcing Manager(CM management)

Job Description

CM(contract manufacturing) Management

PCBA Unit cost, VMI cost, PPV cost, NRE cost, OT cost, RMA cost confirmation and management.

OBS/aging inventory analysis

Manage vendor relationship in cost/contract negotiation, business strategy planning, capacity utilization review, and NPI project ramp up.

Conduct QBR and capability deep-dive assessment.

Coordinate with Engineering and oversee all aspects of multiple projects including the requirement, project schedule and supply availability to ensure products are optimized for cost, supply chain flexibility and quality.

Collaborate with supply chain/material planning teams to resolve shipment delivery relevant issues with CM.

Support escalations with RMA and/or quality issues with suppliers

BFT and ICT Cost and Timeline Management

Qualifications

Hands-on Experience in manufacturing operation and component sourcing

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 3 years of related experience in server or related industries

Direct experience with PCBA & SMT processes is a plus

Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to handle delicate situations and resolve issues.

English proficiency: TOEIC 800
