Accomy is building the next-generation travel technology platform, reshaping how corporations and travelers book and manage hotels, flights, and beyond. We aggregate global hotel and flight content into a sleek OBT (Online Booking Tool) designed for corporate travel, backed by our cutting-edge GDS vision and integrated with global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic (API) partnerships with key industry players, including OTAs, travel agencies, and technology partners.
  • Develop and maintain direct hotel partnerships, including global/regional chain brands and independent hotels.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to support Accomy's business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver partnership programs that enhance mutual growth.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Accomy at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the travel tech ecosystem.
  • Execute group booking inquiries as part of Accomy's TMC business.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 35 years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships or business development within the travel tech industry, OTAs, or travel agencies is a strong plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
