Our client is a leading financial institution with a strong presence in the digital assets space. They are looking for a Partnerships Lead to further enhance their footprint and growth journey.
The ideal candidate would be coming from the industry with track record of successful partnerships and business development. There will also be ample opportunities to work on product and go-to-market strategies.
The role:
- Identify innovation and differentiation opportunities driven by emerging technologies in Web3, Crypto.
- Translate insights into practical strategies and commercial opportunities.
- Develop new business models and digital asset offerings
- Support gotomarket planning and maintain pipeline for new products & partnerships
- Conduct ongoing market, technology, and regulatory analysis
- Build relationships across the Web3, fintech, and digital finance ecosystem.
- Collaborate with affiliates and external financial institutions, as well as internal teams.
- Identify ongoing new partnership and joint-development opportunities with financial institutions
- Represent the firm externally in industry events
The candidate:
- University degree holder in a relevant discipline
- At least 7-8 years of experience in the Digital Assets, Crypto, Web3 industry
- Prior experience of partnerships, business development, product development
- In-depth knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, newest technologies, up-and-coming regulations
- Strong stakeholder management skills both externally & internally
- Excellent business acumen and vision in conducting strategic planning
- Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
