Part-time Project Co-ordinator II(s)
The appointee(s) will be responsible for providing programme administrative support. Duties include (a) providing admissions support (b) maintaining student records (c) providing logistical support for classes, assessments, and student activities (d) assisting with examination invigilation and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. He/She will be required to work at the CUHK Graduate Law Centre, located in the Bank of America Tower, Central. Classes and invigilation sessions may be scheduled on weekday mornings, afternoons, or evenings, as well as on Saturday mornings and afternoons.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 2 years post-qualification work experience (iii) a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility, with good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Prior experience in invigilating public examinations or teaching at secondary schools or tertiary institutions will be an advantage.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
CUHK is organized into nine constituent colleges and eight academic faculties, and remains the only collegiate university in the territory. The university operates in both English and Chinese, although classes in most colleges are taught in English. Four Nobel laureates are associated with the university, and it is the only tertiary institution in Hong Kong with recipients of the Nobel Prize, Turing Award, Fields Medal and Veblen Prize sitting as faculty in residence.
