Applications are invited for appointment as Part-timePharmacist in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 532859), to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Pharmacy or a healthcare-related post-graduate degree, and be a registered pharmacist in Hong Kong, with at least 5 years work experience in community pharmacy practice. Relevant experience in pharmacy teaching or researchwould be an advantage. Those with less work experience but who have previously worked in a local community pharmacy (particularly within non-profit organisations) and/or hold additional relevant qualifications may also be considered.
The appointee is expected to work on community pharmacy operations and service development, as well as to participate in teaching or research initiatives and have. excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He/She should be familiar with community pharmacy practice, operations, and service planning. He/She may also be required to contribute to the Department's teaching, administrative and other support duties. Irregular working hours might be required occasionally.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits, if applicable.
