| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To perform teaching duties including lecturing, supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement |
| (b) | To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration |
| (c) | To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials including feasibility study and syllabus writing and |
| (d) | To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects, events and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A relevant recognised degree in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture / Design, Product Design, and Jewellery Design, or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification |
| (b) | At least 3 years relevant teaching and/or industry experience in the above subject areas |
| (c) | For the Architectural Design / Interior Design / Landscape Architecture stream: |
| (i) | Competent in architectural design and construction, preferably with skills and knowledge in digital design processes |
| (ii) | Preferably with a post-graduate qualifications in the field of Architectural Design / Interior Design / Landscape Architecture |
| (d) | Good teaching, administrative, interpersonal and team building skills |
| (e) | Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua |
| (f) | Preferably with hands-on experience in the relevant field and |
| (g) | Proven records of linkage with industry / professional bodies would be an advantage. |

| Notes: |
| (1) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
| (2) | Applicants are required to submit a 3-page A4-size portfolio to demonstrate the competencies. |
| (3) | Shortlisted candidate will be required to take a written assessment. |
| (4) | Appointees may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and/or at different work locations on a need basis. |
