| The School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE) is a self-financed arm of the Vocational Training Council (VTC). It offers top-up bachelor degree programmes to VTC's Higher Diploma graduates and other sub-degree and degree holders in collaboration with overseas universities. Applications are now invited for the part-time Lecturer (Daytime) posts offered by SHAPE (Tsing Yi) for a full-time degree programme, BSc (Hons) Architectural Studies in the academic year 2026/27. |

| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To deliver engaging tutorials, design studios, seminars, and workshops to support student learning in the programme |
| (b) | To provide constructive marking, academic guidance, and detailed feedback on students design projects, portfolios, and coursework |
| (c) | To develop high-quality teaching and learning materials, including studio briefs, resources, and assessment tools |
| (d) | To contribute to academic administration, including attending programme meetings, assessment boards, and quality assurance activities, and |
| (e) | To participate in school-wide activities such as exhibitions, study tours, seminars, guest talks, and collaborative projects, as required. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised post-graduate degree in Architecture and/or equivalent academic qualification |
| (b) | At least 4 years relevant teaching experience at tertiary / degree level, plus relevant work experience in the architectural and construction industry |
| (c) | Experience in the programme accreditation process is preferable and |
| (d) | Possession of professional qualification such as HKIA, RIBA, RAIA, AIA, RAIC or equivalent would be an advantage. |
