Part-time Executive Officer I

The School is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Officer I for a part-time position to facilitate the wrap-up of projects. The successful candidate should possess strong organisational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) ensuring the project's proper wrap-up, including preparation of purchase order reports and audit reports (b) following up on audit matters and addressing finance enquiries related to the project (c) collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and (d) assisting with any additional tasks as assigned to support project completion.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree or above (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: (iii) at least 8 years managerial experience in academic institutions/non-government organisations/ health related sectors (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and (v) experience in managing research projects.

Appointment will initially be made on a 3-month contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
