| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To conduct lectures, tutorials and perform teaching duties at the bachelor's degree level |
| (b) | To carry out academic-related administration duties, including setting and marking assignments, moderation, and serving in academic and other related meetings |
| (c) | To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials and |
| (d) | To participate in school projects and functions, where necessary. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised master's degree in relevant discipline and/or equivalent professional qualification |
| (b) | At least 4 years relevant teaching / work experience in the respective field(s) |
| (c) | Good communication and presentation skills in English |
| (d) | Expertise in computer software such as Autodesk, CAD, 3D rendering packages, Adobe software suite, digital fabrication software, BIM, and AI |
| (e) | Knowledge of tender drawings and construction detail drawings |
| (f) | Knowledge on building and related regulations in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom |
| (g) | Specialties on sustainability and construction knowledge |
| (h) | Knowledge in Hong Kong and United Kingdom practices and |
| (i) | Knowledge in diverse architecture theories and discourses. |
