| Major Duties : |
| (a) | To perform teaching duties of the structured Whole Person Development Programmes |
| (b) | To develop and refine programme curriculum and teaching materials |
| (c) | To plan, design, organise and evaluate student developmental programmes |
| (d) | To provide academic counselling and |
| (e) | To lead experiential learning programmes and adventure-based activities. |
| |
| Requirements : |
| (a) | A recognised degree in Social Science, Social Work, Liberal Studies or a relevant discipline, preferably with post-graduate qualifications in education |
| (b) | Preferably with some relevant teaching and / or field experience in Whole Person Development teaching and developing the generic skills modules, leading discipline projects and student services, and / or experience in academic programme administration |
| (c) | Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese |
| (d) | Good interpersonal and computer skills |
| (e) | Preferably with experience in teaching non-engaged youth. |

| (1) | The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate |
| (2) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
| (3) | Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in English. |
