Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of global paid user growth strategies to drive continuous user acquisition and ROI improvement.
  • Develop and execute App-based paid growth strategies, including experience with Google/Apple Store campaigns, In-App Ads, and other mobile acquisition channels.
  • Optimize and expand paid channels across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ad networks, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Drive data-driven optimization: track, analyze, and refine campaigns around core KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA). Break down complex growth challenges, identify optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable solutions to maximize incremental results and return on investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, PR, and Product teams to ensure timely campaign launches, effective localization, and measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience, with hands-on mobile advertising expertise (search, social, display, and other paid acquisition tools/platforms).
  • Experience in the crypto industry or similar sectors is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with major media-buying experience or strong media resources are a plus.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile advertising analytics, data collection, and attribution methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • Capable of working independently, with strong professionalism and teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating with global marketing teams remotely.
  • Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, or technology fields.
