Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Overseas Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. In this role, you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to achieve revenue and margin goals, identify new opportunities, and strengthen Siwards global presence. This position is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in international sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management Manage, strengthen, and grow relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners by identifying new project opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business plan to maximize revenue growth.
  • Quotations & Negotiation Prepare quotations and samples, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate customer negotiations and support successful business closure.
  • Order & Inventory Management Manage customer orders, monitor inventory levels, and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Monitor Market & Report Gather and analyze market insights, including competitor activities and new product trends, and provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is required; TOEIC score of 750+ preferred.
  • Study or work experience in Europe or the U.S. is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language, particularly Japanese, Korean, French, orGerman, is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for short-term business trips.
