Role Description

As an Overseas Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to guide and manage the foreign trade team, drive international sales, and expand the market for our smart display products. Additionally, you will be responsible for market analysis to develop strategies, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position in Shenzhen.

Working hours

Weekends off

9:00 - 12:00a.m.1:30 - 6:00p.m.

Other arrangements will be made in accordance with national regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sale
  2. Develop marketing plans and corresponding marketing strategies based on the market.
  3. Guiding and managing foreign trade teams

Qualifications

  • Proficient in at least two foreign languages, including English, with an English proficiency level of at least CET-6.
  • Having cultivated the commercial display field for at least 2 years
  • Has at least six years of experience in foreign trade and is familiar with the processes of all aspects of foreign trade.
  • Have at least two years of team management experience
  • Able to grasp market trends effectively and develop relevant market plans and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective communication with various internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of orders and other processes.
  • Able to effectively guide and manage the overseas sales team, leading to continuous improvement in foreign trade performance.
